It enables the production of lipid and polymeric nanoparticles with high efficiency, precise size control, and excellent reproducibility, while using low sample volumes and reusable chips.

    The TAMARA Nanoparticle Formulation System is a plug-and-play microfluidic platform designed for nanoparticle development and production in research and development (R&D) applications.

    The system enables the controlled synthesis of lipid and polymeric nanoparticles, offering high encapsulation efficiency (>98%), precise size control (50–200 nm), and excellent reproducibility (±3%).

    It utilizes reusable microfluidic chips featuring two mixer designs (Herringbone and Baffle), reducing reagent consumption and lowering the cost per experiment. TAMARA is suitable for the formulation of LNPs, liposomes, PLGA, and other nanoparticles used in pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications.
