All TEM daily adjustments have been automated to provide the best and most reproducible configuration. Align Genie automation software facilitates the learning curve for novice operators, reduces stress in a multi-user environment and improves data collection time for the experienced operator.
A retractable side-entry X-ray dispersive energy spectroscopy (EDS) detector can be added to the configuration to allow chemical analysis.
The Talos F200i’s smaller size and dimensions make it easier to accommodate this tool in more challenging spaces. In addition, this compact design facilitates access to service needs while reducing infrastructure and support costs.
